Frequently asked questions
Everything buyers usually ask us — about purity, bulk supply, payments and shipping.
Are CitSpray essential oils 100% pure?
Yes. Every CitSpray essential oil is a single-ingredient product obtained by steam distillation or cold pressing — no fillers, no carriers, no synthetic dilution. We distill at our own facility in India, and test every batch for purity before it ships — direct from the still, no middlemen.
How do I use essential oils and hydrosols?
Essential oils are popular for diffusion, room and linen mists, and — when properly diluted in a carrier oil — for skincare and massage blends. Hydrosols are gentle aromatic waters used in toners, mists and formulations. All CitSpray products are intended for external and aromatic use; we recommend a patch test before topical use.
Do you supply bulk and wholesale quantities?
Yes — we are manufacturers, so we supply everything from 5 kg packs to industrial quantities for soap makers, cosmetic brands, hotels and FMCG companies. Share your requirement through our bulk enquiry form and we will respond with custom commercial pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and popular wallets through a 100% secure payment gateway. Your payment details are processed securely and never stored on our site.
How fast do you ship across India?
Orders are dispatched within 48 working hours and typically delivered in 3–6 days anywhere in India.
What is a hydrosol and how is it different from an essential oil?
A hydrosol (also called floral water) is the aromatic water produced during steam distillation of a plant. It carries a lighter, water-soluble aroma than the essential oil from the same plant, which makes it popular in skincare routines, facial mists and room sprays.
Do you provide documentation for B2B orders?
Yes — supporting documentation such as certificates of analysis is available on request with bulk orders, so your quality team can verify every batch you receive.
