Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Domestic (India): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Please note that delays may occur due to high order volumes, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping on eligible orders, which will be clearly indicated on our website.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged, is delayed, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at aroma@citspray.com. We will investigate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Important: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a mistake from our side (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect items).

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship across India and select international destinations. Some items (such as flammable liquids or restricted personal care goods) may not be eligible for international shipping due to customs regulations.

If your country is not available at checkout or you have a specific shipping request, feel free to reach out to us.

Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional charges may apply for reshipment.
